1. What is CBD oil?
CBD stands for cannabidiol and it's an active ingredient in cannabis derived from the hemp plant. CBD is not psychoactive and its oil is made by extracting CBD from the hemp plant, then diluting it with a carrier oil like coconut or hemp seed oil.
2. What about CBN?
CBN stands for cannabinol and it’s a minor cannabinoid found in small amounts in the hemp plant. Differently from CBD, CBN is the result of the oxidation of the plant.
3. Is CBD legal?
Yes, purchasing CBD is federally legal as long as it doesn't contain more than 0.3 percent THC and it comes from registered industrial hemp plants.
4. Where does your hemp come from?
Our oil comes from the extraction of plants we grow in different farms located in Colorado, New York, North Carolina, Oregon and California.
5. What's the difference between hemp and marijuana?
The THC level is what determines if the plant is hemp or cannabis. The THC level on a hemp plant can't be higher than 0.3%, otherwise it is considered marijuana.
6. What's the difference between hemp oil and hemp seed oil?
Hemp oil contains cannabinoids; hemp seed oil doesn't contain cannabinoids.
7. Does your product contain THC?
In accordance with United States Federal Law, all products featured on Hola CBD/Green Wood Pharma are considered to be free of THC with 0.3% or less THC.
8. Will this show up on a drug test?
If the product has a full spectrum label, it could show up on drug tests depending on the diet and lifestyle of the user.
9. What's the best delivery system: tinctures, salves, or softgels?
It depends on the preference of the user, the dosage and each body’s characteristics like weight and height. All you need to do is try different delivery systems and evaluate which one suits your specific needs best.
10. How often can I use your product?
Most people use it daily as a dietary supplement. However, your own pace is the best pace.

13. Can my products be in the heat?
Cannabinoids are extremely sensitive to light. Our recommendation is to keep them away from direct sunlight and heat.
14. Will I get high?
No, because CBD is not psychoactive.
15. Do I need a doctor’s prescription?
You won’t need a prescription but we highly recommend you to visit your doctor before trying CBD if you have a specific condition, are under treatment, pregnant or breastfeeding.
1. When will I receive my products?
Once we receive your order, it will process and ship from our facility within 24 hours. Depending on the shipping method selected, you will receive your order within 2-5 business days.
2. How do I return my order?
If any products arrive damaged, broken or part of your order is missing, you must notify the Company within 3 days of delivery and a customer service member will get back to you as soon as possible.

Although it is legal to ship CBD products throughout the United States, shipping cannabidiol products internationally varies by the destination country’s regulation.
4. What is the cost of shipping?
Prices can change without previous notice and depend on USPS shipping. Certain remote locations might cause additional costs.

5. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel the items you’ve ordered before your order enters the shipping process.
6. What if something is wrong with my order?
Although we take many steps to ensure that every order is thoroughly inspected and processed correctly prior to its shipping, we do realize mistakes might occur. Please contact our customer service team regarding your mispackaged order.
7. What if my order gets lost in the mail?
We ask that you allow time for your order to be delivered and will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment. If your order has not arrived within 14 days of its initial departure scan, please contact our customer service department so that we're able to send out another order quickly.

Yes, we do offer next day shipping throughout the United States with an additional cost for expedited service.
